Repeater with OpenVPN

I need to buy a router in which I can use VPN in the repeater mode. I mean I connect to existing WiFi and create a new WiFi but with VPN. Another feature I need is to have possibility to connect router to the modem by ethernet cable and also create a WiFi network with VNP. I would also like it to use OpenVNP. I don't want to use openwrt. I need to simulate that I am in the UE country, when I am outside of EU.

Is any of this 3 routers good for this?

Yes, all GL.iNet routers are capable of that.
I would not really recommend Opal anymore, since there are more powerful alternatives.

OpenWrt is the OS, so you will need to use it. I guess you mean you don't want to configure all things without a fancy GUI, right?
