For your GL-AX1800 running firmware v4.8.3, you can follow the architecture configuration in this guide to add aarch64_cortex-a53 to /etc/opkg.conf, then try installing the prebuilt mudfish-pi_2.7.7-1_aarch64_cortex-a53.ipk package and luci-app-mudfish-pi_git-24.225.74088-5035535_all.ipk.
If you or the Mudfish developer would prefer to compile a package, please use the SDK or build resources corresponding to your firmware version:
