First of all, I would like to thank the developers has addressed the issue of overwriting TLS certificate when updating firmware to V1.7.2 (RM1) Comet. A round of applause :clap:t2::clap:t2::clap:t2:

However, firmware v1.7.2 still has not address the ssh issues, particularly:

  • keeping the existing fingerprint
  • keeping the exisiting authorized keys (root)

It would be nice that developers can keep the ssh functional after firmware update.

Sorry for the late reply. We have resolved this problem in 1.7
In future updates, those will be preserved. The reason it was not retained in your case is that you upgraded from an older version where this setting was not yet implemented.
