Issue with the RM10 device’s BIOS interface being unusable

HP 800G4DM computer

When connected to the RM10 with the virtual media mounting function enabled, the keyboard and mouse cannot be used in the BIOS interface.

If the USB resources related to virtual media are disabled in USB Management and the mouse is set to relative mode, both the keyboard and mouse work normally.

Virtual media and keyboard/mouse functions cannot coexist -_-||
