RM10 - Unable to connect the host with difference network

Im in Vietnam and using RM10 China version, cannot refund to the show anyway.
I have connect my local PC with the RM10, and using my laptop to remote it. No problem when remote with same network, but when i go out and use another network, I cannot connect to my KVM.

Can anyone help to explain and any solution for this issue with many thanks!

Try to use tailscale

Please note that China has the Great Firewall.

My laptop is a company’s computer so its not allowed to install tailscale

Yeah I bought the China Version but Im Vietnamese and live in Vietnam, so i dont know how to deal with this or does any chance that I can switch to Global version!
