RM1PE moves the cursor to the top-right every 20 seconds

So, I have a RM1PE and it works GREAT… except, after a few hours… it starts “moving the cursor to the top-right every 20 seconds” in the office until I power cycle it.

I did the whole client-v1.1, then upgraded the firmware to v1.8.0-rel-1 and then updated the client to v1.4.0-rel-2, etc. etc.

But, still the problem… well… I uninstalled and RE-installled the client software, and now the cursor jumps to the “Bottom-Left” every 20 seconds…

So far, to stop it, I just unplug the power on the KVM and plug it back in before I leave. It works fine remotely, I don’t notice any mouse cursor movements remotely.

Should I try some BETA stuff ???

Try disable the jiggler?

Oh my… that’s a GREAT suggestion!!! I actually had no issues with the “mouse jumping” for the first month, but JUST enabled that jiggler right before all this started… I bet that’s it… thanks for your reply!!
