Route settings of gl-mt3000

Hi, I have Beryl AX GL-MT300 current firmware (v4.7.4). I have Tailscale enabled and after running the command below in the route settings I have 2 subnet routes being advertised, not 1.

tailscale up --advertise-routes=192.168.8.0/24 --accept-routes --accept-dns=false

I tried re-running the rule (I had to adjust it to the rule suggested in the terminal by the router) the other advertised subnet route disappeared, but after a while it came back. Why and where did it come from?

Hi,

Is it a subnet route from WAN of MT3000?

If you think it is useless, you can unapprove this subnet route on the Tailscale center.

Hi, in tailscale i have a custom exit node enabled, not WAN.
I'm not approving it but it's still being advertised and doesn't disappear. I don't understand why, am I missing something?

  1. What is the reason for starting tailscale using the command?

  2. If manage the the tailscale in GL GUI > Application > Tailscale to start and config the remote access WAN/LAN, does it still show the "192.168.10.0/28" subnet route in Tailscale Center dashboard?

I'd run this command to make sure the correct subnet is advertised. As there are 2, after running the reset command 172.20.20.0/28 disappears.
tailscale up --reset --advertise-routes=192.168.8.0/24 --accept-routes --accept-dns=false
However, after reboot it always comes back and I don't understand why? I never use remote WAN/LAN, the whole purpose it to use custom exit node.

only use custom exit node, this feature is supported in the GL GUI. I think it would be better to setup it to enable in the GL GUI, without the need for commands.

Is this subnet your router's LAN subnet? After enabling the exit node, the subnet will be advertised to tailnet.
