I’m having all sorts of trouble getting on my Slate 7. It won’t tether. It won’t connect via WiFi. I’m just trying to set it up so it streams using my iPhone 15 as a hotspot. Any suggestions?

Regarding the Wi-Fi connection issue, please confirm whether the Slate 7 is unable to connect as a client to other Wi-Fi networks.
To help us diagnose the problem, please provide the following information:
- Is the Wi-Fi network you are trying to connect to the iPhone 15’s hotspot?
- Does the Slate 7 detect the iPhone 15 hotspot during a network scan?
- Please verify that the hotspot password is correct and try reconnecting.
- If the 160 MHz channel width is enabled on the Slate 7, DFS scanning may delay the connection; please wait for it to complete.
- If the problem continues, please export the system logs and send them to us via private message.

I think it was a power issue. When I plug it in to the wall, it works. When I use a battery, it doesn’t.
I just received a new portable power charger, 12v, so I’m going to see if that works.
