Router Offline on Goodcloud with a internet switch

GoodCloud, AstroWarp and AstroRelay

When the router is connected directly to a modem it apears online on Goodcloud, however if the router is to conntected to a internet switch, it appears offline and the router is still getting internet and with VPN policy enable.

Any idea of why this happens?

If you mean 'another router with ISP connection' by 'internet switch', I think you need port forwarding on your ISP router to your GL-iNet router in your LAN (WAN port!)
But as I don't use Goodcloud/Astrorelay I can't tell which pots that must be.
