Router resets after unplugged from power or reboot

I recent purchased the GL-AXT1800 Pocket-Sized Wi-Fi 6 Gigabit Travel Router. After configuring the device, im having a hard time getting the device to keep the configuration after rebooting or unplugging the device from power.

Any recommendations?

Sounds like a bug.
Which version of firmware are you using? What configuration is lost by the shutdown device?

This happens to my Slate Plus also, GL-A1300. I am on Version 4.2.1

Do you use the original power cable?
If you confirm that the power cable is fine, please Debrick via Uboot and then try to reboot again.
