We have confirmed that the current implementation does not handle encrypted DNS well and will discuss this further with our R&D team.

Thank you for the quick response and for clarifying that the issue is related to DNS rather than the gateway address. We have confirmed that the "DNS Lookup" check in Network Quality does not currently handle encrypted DNS protocols such as DoH, DoT, and DoQ well. We will discuss this with our R&D team and evaluate how it could be improved in the future.
