Routers showing offline in goodcloud

We have 70 routers in Goodcloud and a lot of them are showing offline although I know they are really online since the devices attached to them are sending data. Is there a license we need to purchase or an update that disabled remote router management?

Might be a recent update. Many people are complaining that it erased their configs.
