S1300 trouble flashing S1300-factory-to-openwrt

Hi Everybody,

I am trying to load stock OpenWRT firmware on my S1300 router.

I have been following the instructions in the README.md file, which says to load the s1300-factory-to-openwrt.img file from here.

I downloaded the file from github. The file size was only 576 KB, which seems kind of small, but maybe it’s just a bootloader.

When I attempt to load it into the router from using the GL.iNet WebUI at 192.168.1.1/#/upgrade, I get an error message saying “Failed! ERROR: Incorrect firmware Format”. It also gives me an MD5 value ending in f96b.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Thanks, Johnex! No, my mistake was that I did not use the uBoot to reflash it, I used the GL-iNet UI after the router had booted. Honestly, it’s been so long since I did something like this, I didn’t realize uBoot had a WebUI now.
