S2s down 48h - no connection to GoodCloud

until sunday night is suddenly one of my proper configured connections to GoodCloud lost.
Therefore s2s is also down.

Support has problems, to solve this und I am not happy about this.

Has other users similar problems with the stability of GoodCloud-Connection?

The router cannot resolve the server DNS.
Is the router able to access Internet?
