Is it possible to create a secondary “admin” account that can only change the Wifi connection (ssid / password), and nothing else ?
Also, any way to lock the device so it can not be hardware reset ?

We will have multi-user login in firmware 4.x.
For hardware reset there are two levels.
First level is the reset button. You can modify the file /etc/rc.button/reset and change the content. In this way others cannot reset using the reset button.
Second level is uboot. Actually you cannot disable this without changing the uboot itself.
