Security Gateway - Amazon - UI asks for password

I saw a similar post but no resolution. Just bought a GL-MT2500A and trying to setup. When I hit the UI it redirects to the login page and asks for a password. I've tried some recommended passwords, but also see I should be getting a language setup screen and then set the password.

I've attempted holding the reset button for 10 seconds and reboot / 30 seconds and unplug / everything brings me back to the same screen looking for a password.

thanks resetting and uploading the firmware resolved and gave me the ability to set it up
