I have the below network topology, I have setup Astral Relay and enabled good cloud inorder to remotely access AX1800 which is my homer server. This was working perfectly but after 2 days the AX18000 goes offline on google cloud and also on Astral Relay which I have set up a remote agent for it. In reality the router is online and can be accessed.
May I know the firmware verison of the AX1800?
And if you reboot this router by manual, would it recover to show online again?
Better if you can also share the syslog here.
