How can I set an specific static IP for a device?
Currently, the device is getting a random IP, than I can click on "Set static" to make it static.
But I would like to set an specific IP to that device.
Depends on the device, but most likely Network > LAN > Address Reservation, see LAN - GL.iNet Router Docs 4

I was looking at Clients menu 
If it does not remove it, not sure why, you should be able to remove it in luci.
