Setting up routers for abroad work

Hi everyone. I need to setup these two routes: gl mt1300 and gl1800 flint for abroad work. I need to keep the IP address and carrier ID of the current country of where I live, while I'm abroad.

Is there a tutorial out there? If not, can anybody help with explaining how it all works? I'm not in IT, so I will need it explained in simple terms :slight_smile:
