I have a GL-MT300A and I’m trying to setup a wifi connection through the ethernet at my Uni accommodation, problem is it’s using a captive web portal that requires a login to an account that only supports a certain number of devices. Is there a guide on setting it up using this?
I find this with hotel wifi all the time. Sometimes I can access the captive portal through the router. No idea what determines if you can or can’t… In cases where you can’t use your computer (or phone) to log in through the captive portal. Then use the same computer (or phone) to log on to the MT300A and locate the “Clone MAC address” option. Clone your MAC and the captive portal will then see your router as the computer and let everything through.
