Setup dnsmasq or stubby to report LAN clients to NextDNS

Hello guys,

I need some help to setup the dnsmasq or stubby to report IP of lan clients to NextDNS so i can keep an track of the client/requests. At the moment i have just the WAN ip in the logs from NextDNS.

I did some testing in the latest days and i have manage to make it work via dnsmasq but is not encrypted as dnsmasq dont support DoT or DoH but for stubby was no chance. Everything i have tried didnt made it work. Please reply if anyone know how to fix. To clarify is working but is not reporting back the lan clients ( dont show them in the logs of NextDns )

I have not much idea about how to make dnsmasq/stubby report the IP of the LAN clients to the NextDNS.
