I've reset my shadow router and now I am not able to set it up on the app. So I'm not able to do nothing with it. Any advice will be grateful

Can you see it's WiFi (GL-AR300M-XX)?

What happens if you turn it on and reset again (hold down reset button, flash 5 times, flash 5 times faster, flash faster again, release reset button) ?

The same happens it restarts but I'm still not able to do set up with the app

So can you see the WiFi? Can you connect to the WiFi if you can see it?

Yes but it won't let me do anything else

So you connect to the router wifi and when you go to 192.168.8.1 in an incognito/private tab what happens?

It comes up with an offline picture of it even though it's connected through ethernet

We have even tried doing it through a different account and go to set up router it says wait booting and then find the GL in WiFi so we press it and nothing else happens it doesn't come up any start up page for set up

I can connect to the WiFi but can't get any set up page but yet I can still use YouTube to make sure it's online

Please post some images. I cannot really understand what is happening.

We managed to fix the problem. But now it's not registering a usb storage
