Shared devices not listed in dashboard

I manage within GoodCloud several devices for various customers.
I've shared with another GoodCloud account devices belonging to him
The devices are well listed in "shared", but not displayed in "dashboard" view.

In other words, this secondary account as an empty dashboard while it has 3 devices in the shared section : howto make them listed in the dashboard ?
Currently, the dashboard in this case is useless, and confusing.

We apologize for the confusion. Currently, the dashboard only displays the devices that are bound to your account. Shared devices are not shown on the dashboard at this time. We will include this request in our future dashboard optimization plans. Thank you for your support.
