Single router, 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi with same ssid password - steering

Any experienced users may teach me to better configure the wifi on the router please?

I hope to achieve that the router steers a client from 2.4 to 5ghz wifi if the signal is reasonable, currently clients go to 2.4 and doesn’t automatically go back to 5ghz

Does enabling 802.11r in luci help ?
