Slate 7 can't access Mullvad

Hi everyone - I am having trouble setting up Mullvad on the Slate 7. I tried different ways, but it still doesn’t work. Every time I attempt the setup, I get the error: “download the configuration failed [200001107]”.

I also set up the Encrypted DNS option.

The icon(s) of the VPN service provider are not loaded.

  1. Please check whether there is a issue with the Slate 7's network source?
  2. Change other DNS servers again.
  3. If your phone in the same location or the same network source as the Slate7, is the phone able to log in to the Mullvad APP successfully?

Hi,
thanks for the hints you provided regarding the error “The icon(s) of the VPN service provider are not loaded.” I tested via the phone’s hotspot and everything connected successfully. It seems that the connection through home Wi‑Fi is blocking access to VPN service.
