Could you please confirm whether the routes for the Slate 7 have been approved in the Tailscale admin panel?
If they are approved but the device connected to the Slate 7 still cannot communicate with other Tailscale nodes, please help us check the following:
- The firmware version currently running on the Slate 7
- Screenshots of GL UI → Applications → Tailscale and the Tailscale admin panel, so we can review the configuration
- A route trace to help identify where the traffic is being blocked:
# Windows (CMD)
tracert <tailscale_ip>
# macOS / Linux
traceroute <tailscale_ip>
Additionally, the Slate 7 currently has an issue affecting download speeds. Please refer to this temporary workaround for resolution.
