Firstly: Please remove the WireGuard config on your router since you posted your private key here and everyone would be able to connect to your device ... if it worked. So you literally handed out your password for access 
Second: I can't connect which means that either the port forwarding does not work, there is an config issue or you are behind CG-NAT. Please read How to troubleshoot WireGuard carefully to fix the most common mistakes.
