Slate AX1800 No Internet Connection

I have a Slate AX1800 Router which is connected via ethernet to a Inseego M3000 T-Mobile Mifi. Before I got that Mifi my router was working fine. Since I switched to the Inseego my Slate keeps throwing the "no internet connection" up on my devices.

The Mifi is working normally, I can connect to it directly and get the internet. It seems as if the Slate router is blocking the internet connection from going out over the network.

I have restarted bot devices a bunch of times. I even factor reset the router. Still same issue. I dont have a VPN connected to the router or anything else. I do use Speedify but have it turned off at the moment while trouble shooting.

  1. Does inseego mifi have a black and white list of clients MAC?

  2. Is Slate AX connected to mifi via repeater? After connected, has Slate AX repeater obtained the IP from mifi?

  3. Please SSH to the Slate AX, test whether the ping reaches the mifi gateway? For example, if the IP of mifi is 192.168.1.1, is ping 192.168.1.1 arrived? In addition, has ping 8.8.8.8 arrived?

  4. Please share me the issue syslog.
