I have a new 3 week old Slate AX1800 and the 2.4Ghz radio stopped working. I tried manually selecting a channel and that did not solve the problem. Any other ideas would be appreciated. I hope I don’t have to return this one.

Could you please provide some screenshots made from the luci interface showing your Wi-Fi configuration?

Not sure exactly what you are looking for. The 2.4 wireless is enabled but there is nothing on the signal strength bars. None of my 2.4 devices see anything…like there is no radio output.

Depending on how much effort you want to put into this issue I would say that a quick reset of the firmware would be the fastest way to see if it’s an software or hardware problem.
Firmware revert didn’t solve. Must be a hardware issue.
