scenario:
slate repeating 5g DFS channel of an asus router, slate 5g access point enabled
on reboot slate connects ok to asus router but slate access point does not get started despite that it is enabled and gui shows that it is started.
to start slate 5g access point I need to disable and enable the wifi on the wireless tab.
Noticed this on 4.01 r1 as well.
