Some routers not connecting to goodcloud when on VPN

Hello,

We have around 30 routers connected to the same wireguard VPN which also connect to the same goodcloud account.

We are using AR300M.

Around 3 of the routers have stopped connecting to goodcloud.
When we checked the logs, we see the following error

utils_NLB failed!

Disconnecting the VPN reconnections the router but then it stops when reconnected.

Has anyone else seen this error and have any idea on how we could fix this?

Thank you for that.
While this does allow good cloud to work on the effected routers, it does stop other features we have configured from working via the VPN site of the network.
We also don’t fully understand why only a few have this problem when the others work as expected when configured the same way.
