I thought I'd take advantage of the Spitz 5G mobile data connection and add it to the Brume 2 USB3 via an Ethernet adapter.
Both Spitz and Brume 2 on latest firmware.
Normally the Brume DSL connection is 120 down and 20 up, and Spitz gets minimum 100 down 50 up, so was expecting close to 220 down and 70 up, instead I get 10 down and 50 up!!!
That was with the TP-Link UE300 USB 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter using kmod-usb-net-rtl8152.
So I bought this.. ABLEWE USB Ethernet Adapter, USB 3.0 Hub with 1 RJ45 1000M Gigabit LAN Port and 3 USB 3.0 Ports, same result using Failover.
If I try to use Load Balance, it's worse, 3 down and 50 up.
Something is not right with the Brume 2.
The Spitz AX via WIFI or Ethernet connected to PC gets 100 down and 50 up (in this location).
Other info, Brume 2 has WG server and client on it.
I've verified that connecting the Spitz AX LAN to PC works.
But connecting the Spitz LAN to either WAN or USB via Ethernet to Brume 2 does not work!
Other unsuccessful troubleshooting steps, turning off WG client\server, turning off Adguard Home...
Load balance does not increase bandwidth.
Pls post screenshot of MT2500's admin panel, with IP address etc displayed.
BTW, you are using load balancing, you should not use the router as VPN server and client at the same time. Otherwise you are messing up everything.
I didn't know this but suspected it could be an issue, thank you.
