Hallo,

I bought this router for my motorhome and it runs for a maximum of 2 hours then the modem is down. I'm roaming abroad and have already tried it.

1.Latest modem software updated for RM520

2.Factory reset

3.Different APN settings

It has also disappeared on the surface. Only a restart helps.

None of that worked and I'm at the end. I'll probably send the device back to Amazon
So far I've never had any problems with my other routers abroad.

My Friend, you're not the Only one who is having those Problems on an Hourly basis,
I also made a post about it,
this is a Mayor Problem that I think more, and more people will have soon, I only Can say, Hoping and waiting for an official update,...
also you should contact the Technical Support of Gl-iNet and tell them your problem the more of those come in, the more they see how many are affected

Do you have the dual sim switch function enabled?

No is disabled. I switch by hand. Both SIM cards O2-3G connection and Telekom-4G+ connection here on site cause the modem to crash. Router is currently in one location. It's a shame because it's an otherwise brilliant device. Greetings Thomas

Hello, I started the thread back then. It was fixed by deactivating the online check for the mobile connection in mwan. I spent 1 hour looking for a glinet employee. top service

I'm not where the router is right now. but in the interface interface to always be online for mobile communications. you deactivate monitoring by mwan
