Spitz AX (GL-X3000) - Fastweb SIM not working

Hi,

on my router Spitz AX GL-X3000 i'm not able to make my SIM card working.

I'm from Italy and my provider is Fastweb.
As APN i need to use apn.fastweb.it. I configured everything manually but the SIM card is not registered. I'm using the latest firmware version.

On my phone the SIM card is working without any problems.

Any tips how i can solve that problem?

Hi,

  1. Check whether the antenna of the device is properly connected
  2. If the phone is no problem, you can select the band filter from the manual dial menu on the web page to use only LTE Bands and 5G NSA Bands

Hi,

thanks for the response, i resolved the issue in the meantime. To make it work, i needed to set TTL to 65 and MTU to 1420.

Can you be specific about where this option 2 is? What's the manual diamenu?

I wonder which method can fix the issue solely? TTL 65 or MTU 1420?

Hi, i needed to set both parameters. Setting just one parameter did not work for me.
