Hello, i am not advanced in the programming but taught myself a little during the setup and maintain process… I have had my x3000 setup with Verizon 5g sim for over a year…. It has been pretty solid for the most part … every now and then I have issues staying connected and update the firmware and it usually corrects the issues…..
however about 2-3 months ago it started disconnecting 2-4x a day saying “Sim not connected “ so I would manually connect and it would be fine for half a day or so….. after some digging it appeared my APN V5GA01INTERNET had been reset? So I manually added it back and all was good for a week or so….. now my cellular internet appears connected and sim but I am getting zero data as in zero mbps????? I have updated firmware, even added the snapshot firmware and then back to old firmware releases and nothing seems to help for long….. what I have noticed is when I reboot or manually connect to the sim it will show 4g and send data and then in 2 mins or an hour it will switch to 5g and they seems to be when I lose the data connection.
Any advice or help? Oh, I did use this code : at+qnwprefcfg="nsa_nr5g_band",25 which seems to help it stay connected longer but doesn’t completely resolve the connection issue for longer than half a day
