Spitz x3000 offline German O2

Folks,

I've got a Spitz x3000 running remotely in Germany. The modem firmware is RM520NGLAAR03A02M4GA. Router firmware is 4.4.11. So far the router has stayed connected over the past six months or so. I did update the router firmware about a month ago? Sharing this information in case it helps.

Eric

Which version of RM520NGLAAR03A02M4GA?
Are you connected to 5G?

I know my previous setup was stable, which did not connect to 5G, was stable.

Putznutz,

I'm running the plain version of RM520NGLAAR03A02M4GA. I downloaded it from GitHub - 4IceG/RM520N-GL: Quectel RM520N-GL is 5G IoT module specially optimized for IoT/eMBB applications..

ATI:

Quectel
RM520N-GL
Revision: RM520NGLAAR03A02M4GA

OK

Yes, I'm connected to 5g. I just checked remotely and I'm connected to LTE-FDD band 3 and NR5G-NSA band 78.

I'm using an o2 data sim.

Well.......I guess I jinxed myself by posting the previous message. Looks like my x3000 went offline on November 4, 2024 around 19:00 German time..........

Not sure what the issue is, but won't be onsite until December to see what the issue was.

"Offline" means that it is offline from Goodcloud? The cloud may be buggy.
Can you confirm that it acutally does not have Internet?

Alzhao,

When I logon to Goodcloud, my router shows “offline” as the status. I see the router in the list of bound devices. When I check the log it shows cellular connectivity dropped/stopped on November 4 at 18:57 German time.

Prior to going offline, The router had been online for approximately 7 weeks without restarting/rebooting.

I’ve checked the status of the sim card in the router and there is no excessive data useage.

I’ll know more when I’m onsite in three weeks. I don’t know if the router lost power, lost connectivity or something else?

Eric

Here is what I see under cellular health from Goodcloud:

Seems it is really offline. Have to have someone onsite to have a check.
