Streaming on local network sometimes is lagging with no reason.

From your logs, there is no indication of microphone stuttering, but there is evidence of speaker stuttering. This ACAP refers to the speaker, and it shows that your speaker often fails to read any output from the controlled computer. Typically, this issue only occurs when the audio output of your controlled computer is not set to the HDMI display.
What about mouse movement stuttering? No signs of that issue in logs?
I noticed that stuttering occurs with regular interval and not that often to easily replicate this.
I suggest you check if the frame rate in the bottom right corner is stable. If it's unstable and frequently drops to zero, you might need to consider network issues. If it remains stable at around 50-60, I recommend switching to Smart mode and checking again.
