May be you can use parts of it's code to implement per-client passwords as it is requested feature from GL?

Since this project appears to differ quite significantly from OpenWRT, it may be difficult for us to directly reference or port its code. Please refer to their official FAQ — How is SPR different from OpenWRT?:
