Telekom/T-mobile Germany Captive page

Hello,
I tried to use the Mango Router at the German Telekom/T-mobile Hotspot in repeater mode. It gets connected but cannot bypass the Captive page as shown here:

Trying method 1 the captive page is empty. Also method 2 leads not to an internet connection.

Any Idea?

I recommend trying WDS or Externd mode.
