Are you located in an country where VPN is forbidden?

I am connecting to LOndon location, I have tried other location also same.

Seems like something is blocking the connection. How do you connect to the internet?

Connected through internet with Wifi connect

So with an upstream wifi router? Does this one block OpenVPN?

Hi,

I have tried two different wifi. I am able to login directly with nordvpn.

Enabling through router an problem.

Can you confirm that you used the correct vpn connection username and password as @admon said.

Also try other servers.
