The interface is connected, but the Internet can’t be accessed error

Currently working on my friend's router set up, it was working well for about a month with no issues and we realized it goes from being online to offline every 5 or so minutes, so I checked and got the "The interface is connected, but the Internet can’t be accessed", tried updating it and restarting it but no luck. Also have the logs if anyone needs to see them. Using B3000 on 4.5.19, connected to main router by ethernet.

Hey there!
I can see two possible causes to check first:

1 - I'm sure you've already tried this, but it might be worth testing the connection with another device first. If you're using a computer connected to the ethernet cable, that's a great start! It's a good way to make sure the link is good and stable.

2- Are you using DHCP or Static IP?
If you're using Static IP, there's a chance that another device might be using the same IP, which could cause this behavior. If that's the case, I'd try changing the IP!

1- Connected a computer directy to the ethernet port and it's working fine, so definitely not that issue.

2- It's using DHCP, so not really sure what else it could be.

I did not find it every 5 minutes to drop the Internet from the syslog which you post the link.
It looks like the device WiFi and the network interface are normal.

You can try ping www.google.com -t on the PC, to observe the Internet situation of the router, if you find break the ping, please export syslog again.

The router utilises a ping test on a Multi-Wan configuration to ascertain whether the internet is operational. It may be beneficial to modify the interval to a less aggressive setting. It is unclear what the router is connected to, but there is a possibility that the test is being blocked due to its perceived it as one attack.

Did you select to use the load balance mode on the Multi-WAN?

It may be caused by the inconsistency between the two WAN network exits, the exit and entrance of traffic. You can try failover mode.
