Token error 20001211 - surfshark

I am unable to log into my Surfshark account on the application and am receiving an error code.

After updating the Surfshark application to version 4.8.2 on my AXT1800 GL-Inet router, I can no longer sign in. When I enter my correct account credentials and attempt to log in, the operation fails and I receive Error Code: 20001211.

I have double-checked that my username and password are correct, confirming I am using the same details that work on other devices.

Hi,

This code means that the nodes information obtained is incorrect.
Please check whether the router's Internet is normal and whether the account is available (not expired).

The ethernet works flawless but cant log into surfshark into the router system, but I do can log into my surfshsrk account with no problem in the native app or surfshrk web.

Please PM me your Surfshark username and password, just let me test it in my router.
You can change the Surfshark password after testing.

Can you please send me an inbox so I can reply to you to deal with this problem?

I will PM you in forum.

Is this issue resolved? I’m getting a similar issue with my router and Surfshark, getting Invalid Login Info 20001100. I’ve verified that my login credentials are correct, is it because I’m using 2FA with my Surfshark account?

Thanks.

david

The APP glinet has supported Surfshark's 2FA verification, but the GL GUI does not support it for the time being, sorry.

Please login to the Surfshark VPN using the APP first.
