Tor and vpns are blocked in my country

Hi guys, I’m not a new to gl inet, but I have lived abroad and used it perfectly.

I got back to my country - Russia.

Tor and wireguard, openvpn are blocked here.

So how can I bypass the restrictions?

We use here v2ray and outline, can it be installed on the router?
