Touchscreen ribbon cable - Slate 7

Hi All,

I don’t suppose anyone knows the spec of the ribbon cable used in the Slate 7 for the touchscreen? I’ve broken the cable (completely my fault). Router still works fine, just the touchscreen doesn’t.

If there’s a part number or anything that would be great.

Hi,

Because the flex cable is integrated into the full screen assembly, it cannot be replaced as an individual component. If a repair is required, the entire screen assembly would need to be replaced. Additionally, the screen contains GL-developed software, so third-party replacements are not supported.
