I have a Spitz X3000 and am trying to change from a physical SIM to an eSIM for the line I've used in the router for over a year. After speaking with the rep and getting the QR code for the eSIM, I am receiving this error while trying to add it:

I have not tried to use this QR code on any device, and the IMEI of my router has remained the same. Any help is greatly appreciated!

So, after speaking with a Verizon tech rep about this issue, I was continually asked for the IMEI2 of my device. Since I don't have an IMEI2 for the Spitz, I could not provide this information. I also could not manually give them the EID of the eSIM card I have tried adding the eSIM profile to (although I tried).
The rep did say there was an IMEI2 (which is what is used for digital/eSIM to network operators) on my account for the line I have been using in the Spitz, but not sure how that's possible since I don't believe IMEI2 is supported by the Spitz X3000.
I'm now thinking that the eSIM tries to activate with the only IMEI/EID info the Spitz has, and neither are in Verizon's system as flagged for eSIM upgrade. Unfortunately, I also believe that Verizon's system is using it's random/incorrect IMEI2 on my line as the info that is required to be provided by the Spitz for the eSIM import.
Any help getting this to work would be greatly appreciated!
From the error message, it need to provide the EID to Verizon before installing esim. You can find the EID number of the physical esim card in APPLICATION->eSIM Management.
As for IMEI2, this should refer to the IMEI number of the device. Maybe you previously provided your smart device IMEI number to Verizon to use Verizon service. This esim service can only be activated with this specific IMEI number.
