Unable to connect to my AX3000 router via goodcloud

Hi, I am Unable to connect to my AX3000 router via goodcloud, I have turned bound the device and have turned on all the radio buttons for remote GUI.
I have other GLiNet routers linked to the same goodcloud and I am able to connect to them via goodcloud

Hello,

What router model you mentioned? MT3000 or X3000?

  1. Please try to upgrade to the latest firmware.
  2. Please PM me the issue syslog.

My device is GL-B3000

And Firmware is 4.5.19

There is no problem with the GoodCloud service.
Please try to re enable and connect to GoodCloud one more on B3000.

If there is problem, please export syslog and PM to me.

Hi,

I re enabled but to no change.

However I realise that there is an issue is the URL in the new tab when I use the on the "Remote GUI" on https://www.goodcloud.xyz/ website

When I use "Remote GUI"

  1. GL-B3000 - The URL on the new tab is "https://127.0.0.1/?_="
  2. Others devices - The URL in the new tab is "https://rtty-web-cloud-us.goodcloud.xyz/?_="

Is there an issue in "rttyweb"?
How about the "rttyssh" normal?

Please try upgrading v4.7.2 beta firmware and test.
If there is still a problem, please export syslog and PM me

Yes issue with "rttyweb"

unable to login using "rttyssh"

Hello,

Thanks. The log file has been received, I checked and found no logs about GoodCloud.

Most logs are ADG, but they are irrelevant and can be ignored.

  1. Please restart GoodCloud or restart the router, and export syslog so that the GoodCloud connection process can appear in syslog.

  2. Please share the router with us via GoodCloud, I d like to remote to check this issue. Please PM me the router MAC and the Web UI login password.

Hello,

Thanks for your corporation.

The forced https access is enabled on the GL GUI, but the old version may not support https access, so there is a issue.

Disable the forced https access, and rttyweb accesse remote normally.

This issue will be fixed in a new version later.
