Unable to get DHCP IP on VLAN

I’m trying to get the following network together.

I have the VLANs configured in OPNSense with DHCP servers running on the setup. I can see the flint 3 router has a DHCP lease on the main network, and that the interface 'eth0.20' for VLAN 20 configured on the WAN interface gets a DHCP IP of 192.168.20.2.

However no devices connected to the OpenWRT device are able to get DHCP IPs.

The OpenWRT device is able to get the DHCP itself, but nothing else can?

I will edit in a few moments to include some configs I see commonly posted, and happy to provide more, I'm just unsure what will be helpful.

Does Flint3 in router mode or AP mode?

Create some new wireless radios and bind the corresponding VLAN in Flint3.

The issue was that needed to add Firewall Rule, so as a high level steps are: Change the Router to AP mode.
