I have a Flint2 router setup working fine at a remote site (FW 4.6.2).
The device has only the WG Server running.
I have created multiple profiles for clients to access this device.
When using a created profile on another machine it can successfully establish a connection and Internet and Router Webui is accessible on its router IP address.
My question is why i am not able to access the Adguard settings webui when using the WG tunnel.
The local address of the Flint2 is 192.168.9.1.
The WG address of the client that is connected is 10.0.0.2.
The WG address of WG server is 10.0.0.1/24.
What needs to be adjusted to access the Adguard interface at 192.168.9.1:3000 through the VPN tunnel?
Is that possible?
Note:
I can access the Webui through goodcloud, however i am not able to access Adguard settings on 192.168.9.1:3000 either.
VPN WG server settings:
Remote Access LAN - enabled
IP masquerading - enabled
Client to Client - disabled
Just checked. Turned on WG client on phone-logged into router using web gui - clicked on adguard setting page - everything working. As I seen before Adguard is not working in straight way on router IP:3000 port, but ask to login in router every time, maybe that's the reason why you unable to get into AG settings.
Thank you, i was able to access it after logging into the router first and then both 10.0.0.1:3000 and 192.168.9.1:3000 worked!
One more side note. When trying to access any other IP address other than 192.168.9.1 (Router IP), eg. 192.168.9.100 (on the same network, e.g. access to AP web-interface) this is not working. What would be a solution to access the other IP's? I thought Remote Access LAN - enabled is enough?
"Remote Access LAN" does not make it work by itself. It is just a firewall settings. To access other IP you may need to configure routing.
A simple port forward on the router also works.
