Upgrade to 4.2.1 release 4 failed

Hello, I tried to update my AXT-1800 FW 4.2.0 beta 3 to 4.2.1 release4 but after uploading the local upgrade failed.
Same for the kernel upgrade from 4.4.60 to kernel version 5.4 failed the same way.

Is this normal behaviour?

You can try upgrading without preserving the configuration

Hello, where can I select NOT to preserving the configuration?
It all went automatically.

Try restarting the router and then upgrading the older firmware versions had some memory leak issues, might not be enough resources for the system.
