Upload latency increasing in ax 1800 4.1 beta firmware when activate the gui speed limit

hi there, im liking so much the new firmware with lot a new features, testing the speed limit via the new gui i notice that the upload speed latency dramatically increase when i activate the speed limit, i do the test via ethernet cable and no other devices connected, and in the 3.x firmware i did not have that issue, here are a proof of that
